From the "I ought to try that again" list. My last shot of M76 was pretty iffy -
it's not even clear that you could see the nebula. This one's still not much (hey!
M76 is pretty faint) but you can see it:
I've been messing around lately with an extesion tube for my Barlow lens which
modifies it from a 2X to a 3X barlow. Just like when I started using the Barlow,
I've had a lot of trouble getting targets into the field. I managed to get Jupiter
tonight, though - and the results were pretty impressive: I tried for a while, but I couldn't get Saturn into the field. |
